1. About Wulcane Wulcane is a manufacturer-direct bag and accessories brand based in Calicut, Kerala, India. We design, source materials for, and stitch our products in-house.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at wulcanec@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Product Information & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Because our products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, or finish between the product photo and the item you receive may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and is not considered a defect.
  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • For prepaid orders that are declined or cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please refer to the COD terms below.

6. Payment We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including prepaid options and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Cash on Delivery (COD) terms:

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹[5,000], subject to change at our discretion.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact order amount in cash ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders from that customer/address.
  • A COD handling fee of ₹[amount, if applicable] may apply and will be shown at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery Shipping timelines, charges, and coverage are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy page for eligibility windows and process. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as specified in that policy.

9. User Conduct When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Interfere with the site's normal operation
